Your computer is connected to the internet. With a printer application, the orders are printed on a regular printer OR a receipt printer connected to that computer.
The Printer application is faster and more reliable than a FAX and the best part, it is FREE!

Yes, If you have more than 5 units, or if you want to host the platform exclusively for your chain, you can get volume discounts.

Sign up for an account.
Send us your menu(s). We provide data entry to put your menus online.
You verify the online menus to make sure that everything is correct.
We add an online order button to your website, and you can start receiving your orders the same day. If you do not have a website, we provide you with a simple website!
What kind of support do you provide?
Every order is confirmed. If confirmation fails, customer service provides the exception management.
If you have any issues in managing the menu, iMenu360 provides you immediate support.
Their goal is to create a structure which requires minimum support, but if/when you need it we ensure that you are not lost in a maze of voice mails.
Your monthly subscription fee includes the support for menu management.
iMenu360 helps you create coupons for off line promotions, or establish loyalty programs as a part of setup.
Can I cancel? How? When?
You can cancel ANYTIME by calling us at 866-629-9646 or by sending them an email at the Contact Us (in their website).
How do you bill?
iMenu 360 bills once a month. They will send you a PDF invoice via the email.
NOTE: They do NOT send paper invoice, unless you explicitly ask for it.
Reports allow you to see your billing. Invoices will also be available online
