Before you enroll in one of my Tele-Classes, you must buy my e-book. I use my e-book as a foundation for the Tele-Classes so you must read it and do your homework before you start a Tele-Class.

This is how it works:

  • You read the book and absorb all the information. You get excited and start implementing some of the many ideas contained in the ebook.
  • You realize that you start changing your business mindset. You become much more strategic, you create a vision and you change the way you see and treat your clients.
  • Your place starts getting full of happy clients and your profits start improving so you realize that with some more help, you could even improve your business much more.
  • You want a more personalized approach. You want me to help you customize the content of this book to the specifics of your business, to the specifics of your restaurant.

Well, for the ones that want or need some more handholding and to elevate their restaurant to the next level, I've created the Tele-Classes.

Each Tele-Class will be a 45 minutes long conference call. Tele-Classes will consist of 10 sessions over the period of 10 weeks. Each week we will cover one of the 10 chapters in the book.

Tele-Classes are a group activity. You will be participating with other restaurateurs (just like you) so that you enrich yourself by listening to their ideas and processes and share yours.

The size of the group will be always small (so that everybody can participate), with a maximum of 10 people per Tele-Class. We will start with a by-weekly frequency so that you have time to do your homework and prepare your questions.

You will send me the homework from the Restaurant Marketing Strategies ebook that you have personalized for your restaurant and customized to your needs. I will review the homework, make comments, changes and suggestions, and send back to you via email prior to each call. You can also email me with questions about the content of the book.

On each call, during the first 30 minutes, I will talk in detail about the weekly chapter and answer any questions (compiled from your emails that are interesting for everybody) about the weekly chapter. The last 15 minutes will be an open Q&A from all the live participants about the weekly chapter or any other previous chapter. This will promote the exchange of ideas and information.

So what happens if you miss a call? I know, I know restaurateurs are busy people. I will try to schedule calls in the most convenient days and time for everybody, but if you still miss a call, don't worry, I will record all the calls and post them in a protected area of my web site so that you'll be able to listen to them at your own convenience any time.

And how much would this personalized Tele-Class cost?

Glad you asked. It has a very reasonable price: Only $497 in total (for the 10 sessions). You can pay all at once or in convenient 4 monthly payments of only $100. Since buying and reading the ebook is a requisite for enrolling in the Tele-Class, I would discount the $97 that you've already spent on the Ebook. In this way, you will only spend $400 for 10 weeks.

Again this $400 fee will include:

  • 10 live conference calls (45 minutes each)
  • Your Homework's review and personalized comments via email
  • Q/A via email and live questions  and answers during the conference call
  • Recorded sessions that you can listen in case that you miss a call

So as you can see, this is good news for you.
