We all know
that the biggest holiday in the world is birthdays.
Everyone has one!! By inviting non-guests into your
business during their birthday month, you have hit
upon one of the best methods of acquiring New

What makes Rod Brant's Monthly Birthday mailers
different?

get your local post office cancellation seal on the
stamp, and
b. If a mailer is going to cheat you, he’ll lie and say he mailed 500, when in reality he only mailed 300. You see exactly how many mailers are sent!
The sequence of mailers is as follows:
Month #1
The list of
names whose birthdays are during month #1 (Group A)
will receive their personalized birthday letter and
coupon.
Month #2
Group A
(minus the customers who redeemed their certificates
in Month #1) will receive the belated birthday
postcard. All names with a birthday during Month #2
(Group B) will receive their personalized birthday
letter and coupon.

requires a $297 non-refundable set-up and application
fee to cover the graphic design and creation of the
letters, coupons and postcard.

The cost of each group
of mailers is as follows:
Birthday Letter & coupon (b-day month) $1.29 +
postage
Belated Postcard (following month) 69¢ + postage
(Large mailings over
5000 pieces receive a 10%
discount.)
The monthly cost is calculated by multiplying cost of
the mailer and postage by the number of mailers sent
(less 5% for undeliverable mail). There is a 300
mailer minimum. Special
for Jose Riesco customers…we’ll add an additional 100
mailers per month (including postage) at absolutely
no additional cost to you, when ordered by May 19th.
That’s a $519.00 value!
All changes or cancellations must be made prior to us
ordering your customer mailing list. All customer
lists are ordered by the 1st of the preceding month.
In order to make changes or cancellations, you must
contact us by the first of the preceding month.
For example, in order to make changes to your
April mailer, you must contact
us by
March 1st, May mailers by April
1st, etc.
Once we receive your customer mailing list, all
charges will be accessed to your credit card at that
time. We will continue all mailers unless notified
before the first of the month.
