Ever wonder why your dining room is not full even when you have a great menu, a friendly staff and spend a lot on restaurant advertising?

The answer is in your marketing.

Effectively marketing your establishment will make the difference between a midweek lunch rush and closing your doors forever.

But wait – that doesn’t mean you have to increase your restaurant marketing expenses by designing coupons, printing menu changes, or hiring expensive restaurant advertising consultants.

How do I know? Because I used the techniques outlined in my Restaurant Marketing Strategies Audio Interview to run my own successful eatery.

Now I want to share them with
you.

So what's the catch? You may ask.

No catch. I just want to help you. You see? Just like you, I struggled with quiet weekly nights and poor lunch crowds until I discovered minor but continuous adjustments to my restaurant marketing plan that brought regular clients through our doors. (I will explain to you in my audio interview why they’re called “clients” instead of customers.)

My name is Jose Riesco. After a career in corporate America for an ultra-aggressive company, I broke away to join the challenging lifestyle of restaurant ownership. I have owned and operated an upscale restaurant in the Seattle area – a highly competitive dining community. For personal reasons, I don't own the restaurant anymore, but it is still very successful today.

Four years ago, it did not start out easy (the way I thought it would). I earned my “chops” through trial and error marketing my restaurant. It was only when we started seeing consistent, continuous growth that I realized the techniques I was using were effective and now I want to share them with you so you can also benefit from those techniques.

I am not talking about traditional Restaurant Marketing that requires you to offer discounts or publish ads in newspapers. This audio requires you to change the way you think!

“If you operate the same way, you’ll get the same results” someone once said. You are likely visiting this website because you’re looking for better results from your establishment. Now it’s time to operate in a different way, in a more effective way. I will help you do that.

The audio interview is over one hour long. I've split it in three parts so that it's easier for you to download. Once you've download it, you can listen to it in your computer or download it to you iPod, Zune or any other MP3 player so that you can listen to it while you commute or exercise.

So don't wait, and listen to the interview right away. The sooner that you start working on your marketing the sooner that you'll get results.
